I tried to rekindle my old softball flame recently with a trip to the batting cages. It was so much fun! I think maybe after the baby comes I'll look for an adult softball league to join. Or.... I might have my hands full with a newborn. But it is nice to dream about putting on a jersey and hitting the field again!

I used to love playing softball! I walk or drive past the field now and can just remember what it was like out there in the outfield or up in the batters box!
My husband has been itching to go to some batting cages... I'll have to take him and get in there myself!
I played softball as a kid and loved it!! My team was the Hawks...bright yellow...gag!
I played on an adult team about 15 years ago....it was so freaking hard!! I did it for 2 seasons and had to stop. With two girls and an "older" body I just couldn't keep up!

I played softball for eight years - I LOVED it! I reminisce about it all the time. And yes, I was on all-stars once, but we really sucked and only got to play the two games it took to get eliminated!!
i played softball from 4th grade all the way until my freshman year. i miss it at times... tho i think i'd be too outta shape to ever play again, except for maybe a church team or something... hehehe.
I used to play! We won state twice and nationals once! I loved being on my softball team, but I hated playing! Haha! I quit when I was 16 though...
